Easter Sale March 29 - April 3rd

Okay even though we had one of our windows broken out very late Saturday night by someone who just had to get their anger out on something and thought Oh, maybe I will just put my fist through thick glass of a fifteen by fifteen foot store front window and see how that feels and set off the alarm and run like (blank).  Yes, we have a hole about 24 inches in diameter with cracks all the way through.  Jeff and Sandie were woken up by the Hillsaboro police at 2:00 a.m. to come down and board it up.  Given all of this we are still having our fabulous Easter sale.  It will be something different, because we just can not do anything normal.  We have come up with this fun idea for customers to pick an egg out of a basket to find a prize inside.  The prize could be a 5 10 or 15% off your purchase or maybe something free to find in the shop.  For more fun there will be paper shaped eggs with special prices through out the mall.  Our awesome dealers have been hunting for you and have brought some new items into the shop.  Come in soon.  Our sale starts March 29th and lasts for almost a whole week until April 3rd, that would be the Saturday before Easter.

SALE STARTS FEB. 8TH - 15TH

We have changed our display in the stores windows.  One side is for girls with all the fun frilly things we love.

And not to be left out, we put together a fun cowboy themed boys room.

Speaking of boy things we have a lot of great shaving items in the store.  They have great graphics and are fun to decorate with.

What about decorating a room with vintage floral prints or using unusual flower frogs to add to your theme.  There are some great garden art items that could be used in any room.

WHO HAS BEEN CLEANING, ORGANIZING AND REARRANGING THEIR HOME?  I HAVE BEEN AND IT IS A GREAT WINTER INDOOR THING TO DO.  GETTING ORGANIZED IS WONDERFUL AND IT HAS THAT I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING TODAY FEEL TO IT.  WHEN YOU GET THAT "FEELING" IT MAY BE TIME TO HEAD TO YOUR FAVORITE ANTIQUE SHOP.  WHAT ABOUT USING SOMETHING UNUSUAL FOR STORING COMMON THINGS OR ADDING BEAUTIFUL LINENS TO GIVE A ROOM A  FRESHEN UP LOOK.  OUR DEALERS HAVE BROUGHT IN SOME BEAUTIFUL LINENS AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF GREAT THINGS THAT WOULD WORK FOR YOUR STORAGE NEEDS.   JUST THINK OF THE FUN YOU CAN HAVE.

I KNOW IT IS ONLY JANUARY BUT THE VINTAGE VALENTINES HAVE BEEN TRICKLING IN.   I JUST WANT TO GIVE YOU A LITTLE PREVIEW OF THESE AMAZING  LITTLE CARDS THAT HAVE SO MUCH CHARACTER AND THE GREATEST LITTLE POEMS.

WE HAVE SOME BEAUTIFUL QUILTS AND SOME FUN CRAFTING AND SEWING THINGS IN THE SHOP.  OLD PAPER, PLAYING CARDS, JARS OF BUTTONS AND JEWELRY.  LET YOUR IMAGINATION GO AND GET INSPIRED.
